Echocardiographic Image Annotator

Role description

Modern image segmentation approaches use Deep Learning (DL) to analyze many data sets as automatically as possible. However, to build DL solutions, large volumes of image data sets need to be segmented/annotated manually by experts before the DL activity / training can begin. To realize these annotations, we are looking for healthcare professionals, who are willing to spend 8-16 hours per week on such tracings/annotations. After an initial internal training, you will be the expert who will annotate all these data sets.

The profile we are looking for:

• Have experience in the interpretation of echocardiographic image sequences

Personal skills and competences

• Ability to perform all communications tasks, written and verbal, in English. • Ability to work both within a team and independently. • Attentive to detail, committed and persevering. • Accurate, reliable and attention for details • Strong analytical skills • Flexible, with a hands-on and pro-active mentality.
