What will your role be?
Medis is a fast-growing international operating Organization with national and international employees from all over the world, stated in different countries.
The Sales Support Analyst is managing and processing Order Intake and Sales, proper execution of incoming Purchase Orders and invoicing to and from customers. He/she ensures projects are assigned to the Installation & Support team to execute on these PO’s. Next to that he/she supports the commercial strategy execution by delivering meaningful, accurate and timely reporting & analysis on commercial activity and compliance, thereby supporting relevant stakeholders to make fact-based sound business decisions. He/she assesses the leading funnel indicators like market coverage, win/loss, funnel forecasting and pricing and supports in case of target deviation the definition of corrective actions.

The profile we are looking for:

  • Middle- or higher education with attention to languages, marketing or other related educational programs
  • Experience in business related activities, such as Order Management & Logistics
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with a CRM for example Salesforce

Personal Skills and competences:

  • Accurate, Proactive with attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English and Dutch
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Strong analytical & good communication skills
  • Microsoft Office experience and Excel (complex excel spread sheets) knowledge are a must.

What will your role be?
Medis is a fast-growing international operating Organization with national and international employees from all over the world, stated in different countries. As a software engineer you will help to ensure that our medical software is easy to use, has a great performance, is stable and can be easily installed and maintained. It also means maintaining and expanding our library for the 2D and 3D visualization of medical images, as well as seamlessly integrating a variety of deep learning models. You will perform these tasks as part of a development/scrum team according to Agile principles. You will be interacting with Product Owners to understand the features we are building and work with the team on the design and implementation. Using the CI/CD pipeline your code will be automatically built and tested, but together with the testers on the team you will further help ensure the delivered product meets the stringent requirements needed in a medical market.

The profile we are looking for:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or computer science.
  • Experienced in object-oriented programming (design, and implementation) in both C++ (v14 or higher) and C#, plus scripting in Python.
  • Experience with implementing interactive solutions with Qt and Web technologies.
  • Knowledge of structured software development methodologies (Agile – Scrum).
  • Developed User Interfaces or other interactive software products.
  • Experience integrating with internal and third-party solutions.
  • Experience with CI/CD using tools like Jenkins and SVN.
  • Knowledge of UML, 3D visualization or DICOM is an asset.
  • Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

What will your role be?

Medis is a fast-growing international operating organization with national and international employees from all over the world.

The role of a software test specialist is to coordinate the process for analyzing software programs. This process will involve creating and implementing testing methods, recording the test results, and providing recommendations to improve software programs based on the results. Within Medis the Software Test specialist needs to ensure that the portfolio of products is tested continuously and in an efficient (Agile) way, automated where possible, capture evidence of test coverage according to regulatory standards and ensure that Medis software test process is compliant with applicable European standard (CE MDD, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485).  All Medis products need to be tested for compliance with the functional requirement.

The profile we are looking for:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or computer science.
  • Knowledge of and experience with modern software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum).
  • Experience with testing methods (e.g. TMAP) and tools.
  • Experience with test automation.
  • Experience with writing test cases.
  • Experience with CI/CD.
  • Preferably some experience in programming / scripting.

The primary responsibility of the Product Support Specialist is to provide best-in-class product and clinical training and education to current and new customers, as well as Medis employees and channel partners.  The Product Support Specialist will do the installation of the software in the clinical environment, working together with hospital IT-department and clinical users. This is a high-profile position where customers will expect to be supported and trained by a Medis expert who can work as a valued clinical resource with all levels of staff, including high profile key opinion leaders. 

The Product Support Specialist will be a member of the Medis commercial organization, reporting to the CCO.  He/she will work closely with Medis’ Sales Managers and/or Channel Partners and Commercial Operations.  The Product Support Specialist will support the sales team with expert product demonstrations and clinical insights during the entire sales cycle and assume key responsibility for product training and overall customer launch following the successful sales close

The profile we are looking for:

  • Familiar with the health care market (hospitals, clinics, radiology and imaging centers)
  • Experience in selling/pre-selling and/or training/installation experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field (e.g. biomedical engineering, medical physics, radiology or imaging centres) is a plus
  • Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solution-based sales approach
  • Knowledge of healthcare trends, industry standards and successful strategies for hospitals
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a (bio)medical imaging or Radiological Technologist
  • Ability to design, lead and execute customer and employee clinical training projects
  • Specific clinical requirements based on Medis <<specialization>> products
