Facility Project Management Intern

At Medis Medical Imaging, we are looking for a Facility Project Management Intern to support a full office refurbishment project. You’ll get the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, office design, and stakeholder inputs & communication and developing a structured plan covering phasing, costing and execution strategy.

This internship can also be part of a thesis or graduation project, giving you real-world experience while contributing to your academic work.

Role description

As our Facility Project Management Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of our office refurbishment. Your tasks will include:
• Assisting in project coordination for a three-floor office refurbishment.
• Communicating with stakeholders, including the landlord, vendors, and internal teams.
• Contribute to technical specifications, helping to align the office redesign with company needs and ensure a smooth transition for employees.
• Helping with costing, planning and resource optimization.
• Organizing meetings, tracking project milestones, and ensuring smooth execution.

The profile we are looking for:

• You are currently living in the Netherlands and studying Facility Management, Office Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of facilities management and project management software is a plus.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
• You are available 3-5 days per week for a period of 4-6 months.

• You are flexible and proactive, and eager to learn, with a positive can-do attitude, and an eye for detail.
• You have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple stakeholders.
