Our headquarter is located in Leiden, The Netherlands. Here we host the following teams: Applied Research, Product Development, Global Marketing & Sales and our Support team. In the US we have a dedicated Sales and Support team, focussed on the North American market, located in Raleigh, NC. Furthermore, Medis has offices in the UK and Japan to serve their local markets.

What will your role be?
Medis is a fast-growing international operating Organization with national and international employees from all over the world, stated in different countries.
The Sales Support Analyst is managing and processing Order Intake and Sales, proper execution of incoming Purchase Orders and invoicing to and from customers. He/she ensures projects are assigned to the Installation & Support team to execute on these PO’s. Next to that he/she supports the commercial strategy execution by delivering meaningful, accurate and timely reporting & analysis on commercial activity and compliance, thereby supporting relevant stakeholders to make fact-based sound business decisions. He/she assesses the leading funnel indicators like market coverage, win/loss, funnel forecasting and pricing and supports in case of target deviation the definition of corrective actions.

The profile we are looking for:

  • Middle- or higher education with attention to languages, marketing or other related educational programs
  • Experience in business related activities, such as Order Management & Logistics
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with a CRM for example Salesforce

Personal Skills and competences:

  • Accurate, Proactive with attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English and Dutch
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Strong analytical & good communication skills
  • Microsoft Office experience and Excel (complex excel spread sheets) knowledge are a must.
  • Experience with Salesforce en CPQ (quoting tool Salesforce)

What will your role be?
Medis is a fast-growing international operating organization with national and international employees from all over the world. You will be responsible for maximizing order intake, sales and customer satisfaction whilst developing and optimizing the customer relationship in order to ensure the long-term profitability of the accounts in North America. You will contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies. Our CRM is Salesforce and this will need to be maintained by you in order to assist in the analysis in Win & Loss deals, customer satisfaction, the competitive market and trends. For your customers you will ensure that quotations are validated by the business as well as delivered to the customer in a timely manner. You will ensure that customer feedback is relayed within the Medis organization. During trade shows we will expect you to be an active participant as well as during on site presentations and demonstrations. You are the key person as you interact with our customers and ensure the continuity of the relationship within all levels of the customer organization, including executive levels.
This exciting role allows you to operate at a multi-state level.

The profile we are looking for:

  • Proven track record in complex Medical Device/IT Sales/Account Management (2+ years preferably in Healthcare – hospitals, clinics, cardiology, radiology or imaging centres)
  • Knowledge of healthcare trends, industry standards and successful strategies for hospitals
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a (bio)medical imaging or an IT-related discipline

Personal Skills and competences:

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal,
  • Professional and confident in speaking to small and medium-sized groups
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Willing to travel frequently
