Every day, since the outbreak of COVID-19, we have seen you and your co-workers work day and night to save lives, while at the same time, you need to take care of your own family.

To help you do your work more efficiently while remaining focused on patients in these unprecedented circumstances, we at Medis are here to help:

  • Our products can be made available in a home working situation, whether you are an MR, CT, XA or QFR user, please contact us so we can quickly help you with your home setup.
  • In addition, we offer free of charge Medis Suite licenses to help you to get your work done at home. These temporary licenses will be valid for 3 months. Contact our Global support team for more details.
  • Do you want to get the most out of your Medis Suite MR version? Our latest AI contour detection will help you save time while processing your data. Do you have questions about this new feature? Do reach out to us.
  • We understand that your hospital administration may keep procurement staff away from hospitals, or that your staff may struggle to manage their budget as all resources are used to address this pandemic. Right now we want you to remain able to use our products and services. Therefore, we ensure that maintenance payment terms are postponed to June 1. Please contact our team to let them know if you need this payment extension.

Although all Medis staff must also perform their duties from home, we will do everything we can, to continue to provide you with the trusted support and keep in mind our purpose to contribute to a healthier society.
